ECCC Khmer Rouge Trials

We have been partnering with UNAKRT and ECCC to develop an animated video that introduce Cambodian children to the Khmer Rouge Trials. ​ ​This video is an adaptation based on the ECCC children’s guide designed by Kroojchmar Magazine. It explains the role of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, a special court that brought those responsible to justice, and includes a comic book testimony from a grandmother to her grandson.​ ​Through these educative tools, Cambodian children can embark on a journey of remembrance, understanding their past, and empowering them to help shape a brighter future.​ ​
