ECCC CHIDREN’S GUIDE ToT VIDEO

We’ve created a training video just for teachers to introduce the ECCC Children’s Guide and help educators bring the story of justice and remembrance to Cambodian classrooms.​

​Drawing on the ECCC Children’s Guide—a thoughtful resource crafted to explain the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia—this video equips teachers with context and strategies to share Cambodia’s history with young students.​

Through step-by-step support, the video guides educators to navigate sensitive topics with care and clarity, presenting the complexities of the Khmer Rouge Trials in a way that’s both age-appropriate and impactful.​

By empowering teachers as learning facilitators, this resource opens a pathway for children to begin understanding their past—building empathy, awareness, and the emotional tools to engage thoughtfully with national history.​
