Violence against girls in Cambodia is prevalent due to traditional gender norms. School-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) hinders quality education for all.​ The program named “Teaching for Improved Gender Equality and Responsiveness (TIGER)” for our client VVOB Cambodia​ aims to address SRGBV by empowering teachers and school leaders to promote gender equality and non-violent behavior. ​
